Using Stepiffy.

Stepiffy is operated by Arsalan Khan, a UK sole trader trading as Stepiffy. These terms apply to free accounts, guest use and paid Premium memberships.

What Stepiffy does

Stepiffy turns supported public YouTube tutorials into AI-assisted checklists and step-by-step guides. The guide is a useful draft, not a replacement for the original creator, product manual or professional advice.

Guest and free access

  • Guest access includes three successful conversions without an account.
  • A free Google account currently includes ten successful conversions each month.
  • Free videos may be up to three minutes long.
  • Unsuitable videos and failed conversions do not intentionally consume an allowance.

Free allowances may change as Stepiffy develops, but changes will not create a charge.

Stepiffy Premium

  • Premium costs £5.99 per month and renews automatically until cancelled.
  • It includes 300 source-video minutes in each monthly billing period.
  • There is no separate conversion-count limit.
  • One video may use the remaining allowance, up to 300 minutes.
  • Unused minutes expire at the end of the billing period and do not roll over.

Stripe processes website subscriptions and Google Play processes subscriptions bought in the Android app. The checkout provider shows the final amount and securely confirms Premium. We may change future pricing or allowances with reasonable advance notice; an existing paid period will not be reduced.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from My guides → Manage plan or, for an Android purchase, in Google Play subscriptions. Cancellation stops the next renewal and Premium normally remains available until the paid period ends. To exercise a statutory cancellation or refund right, email us promptly. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected, and we will provide any refund required by applicable law.

Check every guide

AI can miss, simplify or misunderstand details. Verify measurements, ingredients, allergens, timings, tool manuals, protective equipment and safety guidance against the original creator before acting. Clearly labelled estimates are starting points only. Do not rely on Stepiffy for medical, electrical, structural, gas or other high-risk professional instructions.

Your source material

  • Only submit public YouTube links you are allowed to use.
  • Do not submit private, restricted, confidential or infringing material.
  • Rights in the original video and its content remain with their respective owners.
  • You may use and export your Stepiffy guide for lawful personal or business purposes.

Fair use and availability

Do not use Stepiffy to create harmful or illegal instructions, infringe rights, bypass platform controls, evade allowances, overload the service or access another person’s library. We may suspend abusive use. We work to keep Stepiffy available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that every video can be converted.

Affiliate recommendations

Optional recommended-product links are kept separate from the neutral checklist. Some are Amazon affiliate links, so Stepiffy may earn a commission from qualifying purchases without changing the price you pay. Check suitability, availability and pricing with the retailer.

Accounts and deletion

Keep your Google account secure and sign out on shared devices. You can delete individual guides or your whole Stepiffy account from My guides, the Android app, or the account-deletion instructions. An active Premium membership must be cancelled and reach the end of its paid period before the account can be deleted, so that deleting the login does not leave an unseen recurring payment behind.

Liability and applicable law

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, Stepiffy is not responsible for loss caused by relying on an inaccurate guide instead of checking the original source or professional instructions. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, while consumers retain any mandatory protections that apply where they live.
