In the Android app
- Open Account from the bottom navigation.
- Tap Delete my Stepiffy account.
- Confirm Delete permanently.
Delete your Stepiffy account.
You can permanently remove your account, saved guides and usage history from either the Stepiffy Android app or stepiffy.com.
On the website
- Open Stepiffy and sign in with the same Google account.
- Open My guides.
- Select Delete account and confirm.
If Premium is active
Cancel the membership with the provider that billed you—Google Play for Android purchases or Stripe for website purchases. To prevent an unseen recurring charge, account deletion becomes available after the paid period ends.
What is removed
Stepiffy deletes the account profile, saved guides, usage records, sessions and referral profile. Limited transaction, fraud-prevention or support records may be retained where the law or legitimate security needs require it, as explained in the privacy policy.
If you cannot access the account, email thegsquaredchannel@gmail.com from the Google email used for Stepiffy and ask for account deletion.
